تاریخ نگارش این متن دوم مردادماه نود وهشت هست که امروز اینجا انتشار میدم.

پنجشنبه صبح برای این که حس کار پیدا کنم، کمی دور و برم رو تمیز کردم. میز خودم و حتی میز بغلیم و حتی‌تر میزی که بساط چایی روشه رو دستمال کشیدم و بعد رفتم دستمالو شستم. قوری رو که معلوم نبود چند روزه خالی نشده هم شستم و برای اولین بار تو آزمایشگاه چایی گذاشتم دم بشه (همیشه تی‌بگ استفاده میکردم). بعد انتظار داشتم بشینم و بوی چایی بپیچه ولی این خبرام نبود! به هر حال حالم کمی بهتر شد و نشستم پای کارام.

روش lwf مخفف کلمات learning without forgeting یعنی خواندن بدون فراموشی است . بعضی از افراد میگویند یکی از روش های مطالعه نوین است و در ایران ارائه می کنند .
فقط در همین برایتان بگویم که این روش را دکتر محمد سیدا از سال ۱۳۸۰ در ایران آموزش می دهند در تمامی دوره هایشان .
پس آنچنان هم که بیان می کنند نوین نیست ! اما بدون شک یکی از برترین روش های مطالعه است .

این روش دارای ۸ مرحله است . که باید این ۸ مرحله رعایت شود تا مطالعه صحیح ب
- میدونی؟ آدما خیلی متناقض اند.. حتی به خواسته های خودشون هم ارزشی نمیدن

I woke up early in the morning with an idea in my head. It's not not really important that what was the idea. I always write my ideas in a journal. So I did the same to this one.

من همیشه نسبت به قوی تر کردن شخصیتم تعلل میکردم ولی بالاخره یکم ازین ویدئو های به قولی انگیزشی که ماه ها بود یوتیوب بهم پیشنهاد میداد رو دیدم. ویدئویی از آقای Jordan Perterson بود. انقدر خوب صحبت میکنه این شخص که شاید 10 تا ویدئو نیم ساعته ازش رو تو همین چند روز دیده باشم.
آدم مغرور همینه دیگه. فکر میکنه خودش بیشتر از بقیه میدونه و نمیتونه بپذیره که یه فیلدی هست که هر روز باهاش درگیره ولی نسبت به درست کردنش اقدام نمیکنه.
